Description

You will develop, maintain, and support SQL applications while solving complex technical problems independently.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL applications, documenting all components and application logic.
• Write and review design specifications, code, and unit tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium to high complexity application defects.
• Mentor colleagues with less experience and direct the work of other staff members when required.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve products and services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL development.
• Strong expertise in Teradata, including deep understanding of Teradata models and command differences compared to MS SQL.
• Proficiency with MS SQL.
• Experience working with Oracle.
• Ability to program all or selected components of SQL applications.
• Ability to work independently to solve complex problems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
