Description

You will design and manage healthcare database solutions, focusing on ETL processes and system integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL processes using SSIS.
• Develop and maintain SQL database structures and complex queries.
• Integrate data across healthcare systems, including MLTSS and HealthEdge.
• Lead technical initiatives while remaining hands-on with development tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience focusing on database and integration technologies.
• Expertise in SQL and SSIS.
• Mandatory experience with Medicare/Medicaid systems.
• Proven background with HealthEdge and/or EPIC systems.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability in data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure.
• Experience with MLTSS.
