Description

Lead database development and administration for HR/Payroll domain systems, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new databases from scratch using RDBMS principles and normalization.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and tables.
• Design, develop, and deploy SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
• Manage SQL Server administration including jobs, replication, backups, restores, and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot log-shipping, mirroring, and Microsoft Clustering services (MSCS).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SQL Server database development and data manipulation.
• Expertise in T-SQL best practices and development standards.
• Proficiency with SQL Server 2008 and 2014 versions.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Strong understanding of database design, schema design, and optimization.
• Experience with C# / ASP.NET framework support.
• Background working in the HR/Payroll domain.
• Knowledge of data migration and integrity checking.
