Description

You will lead the end-to-end data migration process from Oracle to SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient data migration strategies from Oracle to SQL Server.
• Analyze existing Oracle schemas, data structures, and table relationships.
• Develop and maintain scripts for data transformation and loading.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation between source and target databases.
• Document all data mappings, transformation logic, and migration processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database development or migration.
• Hands-on experience migrating to SQL Server from relational databases.
• Deep understanding of Oracle schema and data structures.
• Proficiency with SQL Server.
• Experience managing data integrity and accuracy during complex migrations.
• Degree in any graduate field.
