Description

You will design, implement, and provide Tier-3 support for enterprise applications, systems, and IT products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve issues, enhancements, and bug fixes in production software systems.
• Support ad-hoc database queries and perform data manipulation tasks.
• Document user incidents and requests within a ticket tracking system.
• Assess client needs and prioritize work to meet high-priority enterprise requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software applications.
• Expertise in data processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated capacity for innovation.
