Description

You will design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes to support healthcare data integration and analytics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain T-SQL objects including stored procedures, views, functions, and dynamic queries.
• Build and manage ETL processes to integrate data across multiple internal and external systems.
• Optimize and troubleshoot SQL code to improve query performance and reliability.
• Ensure data integrity and governance in alignment with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Document data models, workflows, and processes for internal use and compliance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SQL development, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Advanced proficiency in T-SQL, including joins, temp tables, and common table expressions.
• Deep knowledge of query optimization and relational database design using SQL Server.
• Experience managing and analyzing data from diverse sources.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, or CPT).
• Ability to develop ETL processes.
• Experience working with Data Analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on database architecture.
