Description

You will develop and maintain data solutions using SQL and Java within the Azure ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures using indexed views, execution plan tuning, and partitioning strategies.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for SQL and Power BI artifacts using Gitlab.
• Maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve ad-hoc requests while developing new features based on business needs.
• Support clients by presenting data, resolving requirements, and tracking delivery schedules.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, cross apply, try/catch, merge, and window functions.
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes.
• Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory and Azure (NodeJS).
• Familiarity with Gitlab and Azure Boards for version control and agile tracking.
• Basic API development skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI artifacts.
