Description

You will support the Infrastructure branch through technical troubleshooting and log management in Azure environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot tier 2 and 3 technical issues.
• Manage and clean up old log files.
• Analyze log files to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Maintain system stability within Azure environments.

Required Skills

• Experience with SQL Server.
• Proficiency with SSIS.
• Experience with SSRS.
• Experience working within Azure environments.
• Ability to perform tier 2 and 3 level troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with Quickview.
