Description

You will own production support for MSSQL environments, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to MSSQL databases.
• Analyze and optimize database performance using advanced SQL techniques.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Unix Shell and PowerShell.
• Monitor system health and alerts using tools like ELK, AppDynamics, or SSM.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in SQL production support.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL, including queries, stored procedures, indexing, partitioning, and replication.
• Mandatory experience with Unix Shell Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with automation scripting in PowerShell.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as ELK, AppDynamics, or SSM.
• Working knowledge of network concepts (load balancer, VIP).
• Understanding of Java and Windows environments interacting with MSSQL.
• Knowledge of certificate usage and regulatory compliance.
