Description

You will own production database stability, incident resolution, and data reporting workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production jobs and services, performing root cause analysis on failures.
• Execute production deployments during off-business hours in coordination with the offshore development team.
• Analyze production incidents and provide detailed technical feedback to offshore developers.
• Generate ad hoc reports based on specific client requests.
• Document change requests in collaboration with Operations and Business teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database environments.
• Proficiency with MySQL and Data Engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server optimization and tuning.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Ability to respond to client application inquiries within a 30-minute window.
• Experience working with Microsoft Digital Analytics.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with offshore development teams.
