Description

You will manage and optimize SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments, ensuring high availability and performance across hybrid cloud architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage SQL Server and PostgreSQL systems with deep operational oversight.
• Tune SQL Server internals, performance, and backup/recovery procedures.
• Implement High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies using clustering and Always On.
• Handle PostgreSQL tuning, replication, and daily operational management.
• Support Snowflake and hybrid cloud data architectures.

Required Skills

• 5–7+ years of experience managing SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server internals and performance tuning.
• Advanced PostgreSQL tuning and replication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Scripting and automation using Python, T-SQL, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience implementing HA/DR strategies with clustering and Always On.
