Description

You will serve as the technical lead and hands-on architect for a team of five developers in Wilmington, MA, owning the architectural direction of SQL Server environments and providing deep technical guidance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of five developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Own the architectural direction of SQL Server environments and implementation strategies.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and perform deep-dive code reviews without direct HR management.
• Guide senior developers on best practices and optimization techniques.
