Description

You will serve as the hands-on technical lead for a team of five engineers, owning the technical integrity of the SQL Server ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for SQL Server environments through direct, hands-on involvement.
• Provide architectural guidance to the development manager and engineering team.
• Manage data integration requirements involving Oracle databases without altering existing PL/SQL or Oracle structures.
• Support and mentor a team of five engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in database architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of Oracle database environments.
• Ability to work with PL/SQL without modifying existing Oracle codebases.
• Proven experience leading or supporting technical teams.
• Experience managing data integration across heterogeneous database systems.
