Description

You will manage and support large-scale, critical SQL Server environments as an L3/SME resource.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, production support, and project work for SQL Server environments.
• Act as the primary L3/SME support resource for complex database issues.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation using MS SharePoint 2010/2013.
• Apply ITIL processes to all database management and support workflows.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT services organizations.
• 10+ years of dedicated SQL Server DBA experience.
• 5+ years of experience in an L3 or Subject Matter Expert (SME) support role.
• Extensive experience managing large and critical database environments.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and database administration.
• Experience with Power BI and Powerbuilder.
• Strong documentation skills within MS SharePoint 2010/2013.
