Description

Manage the implementation, configuration, and performance of critical database servers to ensure application availability. Serve as the single point of contact for clients regarding SQL Server matters.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of critical database servers.
• Execute database provisioning, de-provisioning, refreshes, and restores.
• Coordinate technical activities between onshore and offshore teams.
• Document technical solutions and provide training to operational teams.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery through effective monitoring and backup management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database administration, operations, and production support.
• Deep experience in database and application performance tuning.
• Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with migration and patching strategies.
• Expertise in monitoring, backup/recovery management, and HA/DR.
• Experience with replication and version upgrades.
• Proven ability to coordinate onshore/offshore workflows.
• Strong ability to organize, plan, and multi-task independently.

• Any Graduate degree.
