Description

Manage the implementation, configuration, and performance of critical SQL Server databases to ensure application availability. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of database servers and serves as the primary technical contact for client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation, maintenance, and performance tuning of critical database servers.
• Manage database provisioning, de-provisioning, refreshing, and restores.
• Coordinate technical tasks between onshore and offshore teams.
• Document technical solutions and provide training to operational teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database administration, operations, and production support.
• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proven experience in database and application performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, backup/recovery management, and patching.
• Experience managing HA/DR, migrations, replication, and upgrades.
• Strong ability to organize and plan work independently while multitasking.
• Any Graduate degree.
