Description

Manage and optimize SQL Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries to improve performance.
• Monitor database performance metrics including CPU, memory, and I/O to identify bottlenecks.
• Design and implement indexing, partitioning, and data comparison strategies.
• Manage capacity planning and benchmarking activities.
• Implement and manage high availability solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server DBA roles.
• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server and advanced T-SQL proficiency.
• Deep query tuning and optimization skills.
• Hands-on experience with ETL and SSIS.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Platforms, specifically Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting.

Bachelor’s degree required.
