Description

You will own technical leadership and hands-on development for scalable data solutions using SQL Server.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of database-driven applications and ETL workflows.
• Architect and optimize ETL pipelines using SSIS or equivalent tools.
• Write T-SQL, stored procedures, and tune query performance.
• Drive quality assurance, conduct code reviews, and enforce DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and implement indexing strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SQL Server development and data engineering.
• Expert proficiency in T-SQL, query optimization, and execution plan analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (SSIS or similar) and data warehousing concepts.
• Solid understanding of OLTP/OLAP concepts and database design patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or other cloud data services.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
