Description

Build and maintain database-heavy applications with a focus on SQL Server architecture and server-side coding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, focusing on stored procedures, table indexes, and index statistics.
• Optimize query performance by analyzing execution plans within SSMS.
• Manage database maintenance, including backups, recovery, index rebuilding, and consistency checks.
• Implement MS SQL Change Tracking, Change Data Tracking, Broker Services, and Replication for data synchronization.
• Review Entity Framework code and develop APIs and web forms to integrate SQL data with front-end applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development.
• 8+ years of experience with C# and ADO.Net programming.
• Proficiency in Entity Framework and performing code reviews for EF implementations.
• Deep understanding of SQL Server architecture and query optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and query execution plans.
• Experience developing APIs and web forms for database querying.
• Strong background in database maintenance and data management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• 1 year minimum tenure in previous roles.
