Description

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers using SQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end resolution of complex customer technical issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems using SQL to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve deep technical challenges.
• Conduct research to resolve undocumented or highly complex issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support.
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL.
• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Strong research and problem-solving capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
