Description

You will provide L2/L3 technical support for Front Office operations, resolving escalated issues and managing complex technical tasks involving SQL and Unix.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated L2/L3 technical issues and requests while adhering to defined SLAs.
• Support Front Office operations by handling complex technical tasks involving SQL and Unix.
• Mentor junior team members by managing their escalated queries and issues.
• Create, review, and modify technical documentation.
• Participate in Incident Review Meetings to improve operational processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience within the financial or investment banking domain.
• Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX/LINUX environments.
• Experience with scripting using Perl or Shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of Unix commands.
• Effective communication skills for handling escalations and documentation.
