Description

You will provide technical support and database management for retail application suites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily extract jobs and alerts, performing troubleshooting as part of after-hours and on-call duties.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, user-defined functions, jobs, cursors, views, and triggers for database efficiency.
• Analyze existing SQL queries to implement performance improvements and establish best practices.
• Manage all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Support the business team by leveraging retail systems and applying knowledge of retail business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL designing and support.
• Hands-on experience with Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Cursors, and User Defined Functions.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS design.
• 4+ years of experience in Sales Audit (Aptos) Retail application suites, specifically AOM Audit and Operations Management.
• Deep understanding of retail business processes.
• Experience across the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
