Description

Integrate Epic Service Level Auth data structures into an existing Data Warehouse and manage complex data workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Epic Service Level Auth data structures into the existing Data Warehouse.
• Research and analyze requirements to accommodate new data structures.
• Update existing and new SSIS jobs and packages to support data integration.
• Implement complicated business rules with multiple layers of processing and various output formats.
• Follow established standards including peer and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse maintenance and development.
• Epic Cogito Certification.
• Advanced proficiency with SSMS, T-SQL, and SSIS.
• Experience with Epic Caboodle and Clarity, including reengineering interfaces to pull directly from these applications.
• Deep knowledge of star schema, dimensional modeling, fact table loading, and data staging.
• Experience managing data staging, backout, and deduplication processes.
• Ability to use MS tools to analyze and ensure SQL query performance.
• Experience handling multiple file formats using SSIS for imports.
• Experience working within a healthcare setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with run support for large datasets, specifically Authorization, Referral, Eligibility, and Claims data.
• Ability to support entire DW job structures, monitor jobs, and troubleshoot errors.
