Description

You will own the technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SQR-based reporting systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex SQR-related issues through deep troubleshooting.
• Analyze SQR code to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
• Integrate SQR reports with various data sources and platforms.
• Apply software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices to report outputs.
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to address technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as an SQR Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Proficiency in SQR programming language.
• Strong command of SQL and core database concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to perform code analysis and performance tuning.
• Effective communication skills for technical troubleshooting with non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems and release management.
