Lead technical delivery and oversee the development of distributed, cloud-native systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of microservices and distributed systems.
• Deliver high-quality, consistent systems and environments for development teams.
• Drive technical excellence through static code analysis, unit testing, and test-driven development.
• Manage application lifecycles within Scrum or Kanban agile models.
• Oversee containerized deployments and cloud-native application development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with Java, JEE, and Spring frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience designing distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience with Jenkins, SonarQube, GIT, Maven, or Gradle.
• Proficiency with two or more application servers like JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
• Experience with two or more databases such as Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of security testing and automated test frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced understanding of DevOps principles in a DevOps-focused environment.
