You will lead a squad of 6 to 8 engineers to deliver software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks and team workflows for a squad of 6 to 8 people.
• Drive technical decision-making and architectural direction for your team.
• Implement software using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Apply Agile processes and practices to the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience leading engineering squads or teams.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Full stack development experience including React.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in digital banking environments preferred.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend and legacy web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, J2EE, and EJB.
• Shell scripting and DevOps CI/CD tooling.
• Domain knowledge in Retail, Digital, or Internet Banking.
