Description

You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise Active Directory environments, ensuring security and reliability across on-premises and Azure infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for complex identity and directory challenges.
• Manage operational aspects of Active Directory security, infrastructure, and domain controller health.
• Provide subject matter expertise to identify risks and define technical recommendations.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and prioritize technical implementations based on business impact.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and oversee identity lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise directory services.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture, including LDAP, replication, Group Policy, Sites and Services, and schema changes.
• Experience managing multiple domain environments and domain trusts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory authentication processes across on-prem and Azure environments.
• Strong PowerShell skills for large-scale management and automation.
• Deep understanding of security principles in AD design and operation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of One Identity Active Roles.
• Experience with ADFS, MFA, and general identity & access management concepts.
