Description

You will lead the architecture, development, and technical mentorship of ADMS systems within the Emerson/OSI/AspenTech ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack ADMS architectures, ensuring alignment with utility operational workflows.
• Coach and mentor engineering teams to elevate technical capabilities and craftsmanship.
• Evaluate complex technical trade-offs and influence decisions across technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews grounded in engineering principles, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate clear technical communication and collaborative problem-solving within the team.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in ADMS concepts, domain logic, and utility operational workflows.
• Hands-on experience with the Emerson, OSI, and AspenTech ecosystems.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and toolsets for full-stack development.
• Strong background in system design and software architecture.
• Proven ability to assess challenges and refine engineering approaches for better outcomes.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
