Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles (RTCP) and identity stitching.
• Develop and maintain XDM schemas and Experience Events.
• Orchestrate omni-channel customer journeys using triggers, conditions, and actions.
• Integrate AEP with external data sources and APIs to deliver offers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot API transactions and offer delivery workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• 7+ years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and real-time data triggers.
• Experience with JSON-based API integrations, specifically for offer delivery.
• Familiarity with CITSLE or similar enterprise integration platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert in Journey Optimizer or AEP.
• Experience with Adobe Target or Adobe Campaign.
