Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of A/B, multivariate, and personalized testing strategies using Adobe Target.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to drive engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with UX, marketing, and development teams to define hypotheses and success metrics.
• Analyze test results using Adobe Analytics to provide actionable recommendations.
• Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Cloud tools including AEM and Audience Manager.
• Troubleshoot test variations and support tagging and data layer requirements.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of experience with Adobe Target and web experimentation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for test implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Target APIs and implementation strategies, including Form-based Experience Composer and VEC.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, specifically AEM, Audience Manager, and Launch.
• Experience using browser debugging tools to troubleshoot implementation.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Target Business Practitioner or Developer Certification.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries.
