Description

Build and optimize scalable React and Next.js applications with a focus on SSR, performance, and type safety.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize React components using Next.js, ensuring seamless SSR and static site generation for improved performance.
• Architect and maintain a scalable application structure, following best practices for maintainability and reusability.
• Implement Server-Side Rendering and efficient API handling to optimize SEO and application performance.
• Write clean, scalable TypeScript code and build reusable Node.js libraries for internal projects.
• Manage front-end testing with Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library, and debug complex SSR hydration issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of front-end development experience, including 6+ years with React and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Redux.
• Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and static site generation.
• Proficiency in Webpack for build optimization and bundling.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful API integration.
• Ability to optimize Webpack configurations for faster builds and better performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and API routes.
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Zustand or Recoil.
• Experience with performance tuning, lazy loading, Lighthouse optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
