Drive business growth for the LSS India portfolio by identifying market opportunities and converting them into actionable pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own growth deliverables for the LSS India business, focusing on Automation and BTi portfolio opportunities.
• Drive revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts and parts business growth.
• Forecast numbers and growth projections to support business planning.
• Build customer relationships and demonstrate product value, capabilities, and integration within client workflows.
• Coordinate with sales and leadership teams to execute growth initiatives and manage project programs.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in a mix of execution, sales, and marketing roles.
• Deep technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, and SCADA process solutions.
• Proven commercial awareness and ability to commercialize new products and solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work cross-functionally across geographies.
• Strong program management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across India.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, ECE, or Instrumentation.
• In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor offerings.
