Description

You will lead complex engineering projects from design through test, ensuring technical execution aligns with schedule and budget constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional project teams to define technical requirements and manage risks.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, cost estimates, and budgets for mechanical systems.
• Interface with vendors to manage technical requirements and present status to customers and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues effectively with leadership and resolve conflicts within a matrix organization.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, technology, or mathematics.
• Minimum 6 years of direct engineering experience in design, development, manufacture, or testing.
• Experience with gas turbine engines or similarly complex mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage project performance, technical execution, and risk/opportunity development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external relationships.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize resources, and lead teams under strict schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of gas turbine engine maintenance procedures.
• Firsthand knowledge of the TPE331 turboprop engine.
