Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure aerospace projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Provide technical oversight for the design and development of propulsion systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to drive project success.

Identify and mitigate technical and program risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project documentation, including design specifications, compliance reports, and change records.

Guide and mentor engineering teams while ensuring alignment with program goals and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or a related field (master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering with a focus on engine design and project leadership.

Strong experience in propulsion systems (turbofan, turboprop, or turboshaft) and program management tools such as EVMS, Agile, or Jira.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and deliver complex aerospace projects in collaboration with OEMs and stakeholders
