Description

Lead project planning, execution, and technical oversight for aerospace propulsion systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of aerospace projects.
• Provide technical direction for propulsion system design, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to drive project success.
• Identify and mitigate technical and program risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor engineering teams and maintain design specifications, compliance reports, and change records.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or related field (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering, focusing on engine design and project leadership.
• Strong background in propulsion systems (turbofan, turboprop, or turboshaft).
• Proficiency with program management tools including EVMS, Agile, or Jira.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with OEMs and stakeholders.
• Experience in technical risk management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong documentation skills for design specs and compliance reporting.
