Description

Act as the functional business lead for AEM implementations, bridging product strategy with platform execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements and acceptance criteria for public sites, digital products, and applications.
• Manage relationships between the AEM platform and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Drive functional enhancements and improvements for the AEM platform.
• Troubleshoot issues and apply analytical reasoning to resolve business requirement gaps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically within AEM projects.
• Proven experience on the business/product side rather than the IT/technical side.
• Expertise in defining functional requirements for digital products and public-facing sites.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with direct experience supporting AEM platform enhancements.
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex business requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
