Description

Act as a functional Business Analyst focused on the business and product side of AEM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for public sites, digital products, tools, and applications.
• Manage relationships between the AEM platform and business stakeholders.
• Support AEM platform operations and drive functional enhancements.
• Perform analytical troubleshooting to resolve business-facing issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep functional experience within AEM platform projects.
• Proven track record of defining requirements from a business/product perspective rather than an IT perspective.
• Experience managing stakeholders and representing platform needs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
