Lead AEM component, template, and workflow development, owning technical specifications, enterprise integrations, and performance optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows using Java, HTL, and JCR.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications within AEM capabilities and constraints.
• Integrate AEM with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and APIs for data exchange.
• Optimize AEM applications for performance and scalability by addressing bottlenecks and implementing caching strategies.
• Manage repository structure, Sling resource resolution, and component inheritance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on AEM development experience.
• Proficiency with AEM development tools including Adobe CRXDE, Apache Sling, and OSGi.
• Strong experience with Java, HTL, and JCR (Java Content Repository).
• Experience with API integration and enterprise system connectivity.
• Deep understanding of AEM architecture and component inheritance.
• Ability to design for scalability and performance within the AEM ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate education.
