Description

Lead AEM development for a major digital transformation program, owning architectural decisions and implementation of large-scale corporate websites.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-developer teams to implement and manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5) applications.
• Develop extensible, scalable Java-based applications, including Touch UI components, OSGi components, and Sling services.
• Create detailed technical designs for templates, custom components, and service layers.
• Act as the primary in-house AEM expert, defining architectural solutions and integrating AEM considerations into requirements.
• Configure and manage dispatcher settings, environment setup, and OOTB component overlays.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience in AEM, with 3+ years specifically on AEM 6.5.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and JSR development.
• Hands-on experience with Editable templates, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM Forms.
• Experience developing Touch UI components and overlaying OOTB components.
• Knowledge of dispatcher configuration, LDAP integration, Marketing, Analytics, and Personalization.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical designs and work within Agile SCRUM environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other CMS tools.
• Background in large-scale digital transformation programs.
