Description

Lead AEM 6.5 development for a large-scale digital transformation program, owning architectural decisions and technical design for scalable Java-based applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead AEM developer and primary in-house expert, implementing architectural solutions and communicating technical constraints during requirements phases.
• Develop and maintain Touch UI components, editable templates, content fragments, and experience fragments within the AEM 6.5 environment.
• Design and implement custom OSGi components, Sling frameworks, and services layers, including overlaying OOTB components.
• Create detailed technical designs for templates, custom components, and integration with LDAP, marketing, and analytics tools.
• Configure and manage AEM environments, including dispatcher configuration and workflow automation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including 3+ years specifically on AEM 6.5.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and JSR development.
• Hands-on experience developing Touch UI components and editable templates.
• Experience with AEM Forms, Workflows, and Content/Experience fragments.
• Knowledge of dispatcher configuration and environment setup.
• Experience with LDAP integration, marketing, analytics, and personalization features.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile SCRUM environment.
