Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise internet and intranet applications using AEM and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable AEM and UI components following UX best practices and pattern libraries.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior developers and offshore teams while performing code reviews.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to technical designs within an Agile environment.
• Own sprint delivery, resolve functional and technical issues, and assist with story creation and sizing in Jira.
• Evaluate new products and libraries to recommend appropriate tools for the technical environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AEM development.
• Strong expertise in HTML, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with SASS/LESS or other CSS pre-processors.
• Proven ability to develop responsive web pages following WCAG accessibility standards.
• Working knowledge of Apache Sling, Apache Felix, JCR, OSGi, and RESTful web services.
• Familiarity with Apache/Application server logs and continuous integration tools like Jenkins and Maven.
• Ability to write well-designed, well-tested code in an Agile workflow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing requirements and documentation using Confluence.
