Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise internet and intranet applications using AEM and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable AEM and UI components using UX best practices and pattern libraries.
• Provide technical leadership by performing code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring junior and offshore developers.
• Analyze business requirements to document technical specifications and map them to functional designs.
• Own sprint delivery by resolving functional and technical issues and collaborating with product owners and scrum masters.
• Evaluate new products and libraries to recommend appropriate tools for the current or future technical environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AEM development.
• Strong expertise in HTML, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with SASS/LESS or other CSS pre-processors.
• Proven experience developing responsive web pages and adhering to web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Working knowledge of Apache Sling, Apache Felix, JCR, OSGI, and RESTful web services.
• Ability to analyze application server logs and work within an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, unit/automated testing, and build tools like Jenkins and Maven.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring offshore development teams.
• Strong understanding of UX best practices and pattern libraries.
