Description

Design and build agentic AI systems integrated with enterprise Java microservices and cloud-native infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Bedrock Agents, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering techniques, and evaluation frameworks alongside vector databases.
• Build secure, scalable APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and opinionated Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
• Architect Kubernetes-native applications following 12-Factor principles and enable observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Implement event-driven systems using Apache Kafka and GitOps-based deployment strategies with ArgoCD.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong Java and Spring Boot microservices development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and GraphQL API design, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on Kubernetes with GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, fault tolerance, and resilience patterns like retries and circuit breakers.
• Proficiency in implementing OAuth 2.0, JWT-based authentication, and secure service-to-service identity.
• Strong experience with observability tools including OTEL, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience with Kafka-based event-driven architecture and schema registry patterns.
• Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to service mesh technologies such as Istio for traffic management and security.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
