Lead and drive Agile transformation initiatives across the enterprise, coaching teams and leaders through adoption and scaling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams and leaders through Agile adoption and scaling processes.
• Mentor teams in running Scrum and SAFe sessions effectively.
• Drive organizational change through established Agile coaching practices.
• Lead enterprise-level Agile transformation efforts from inception to completion.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience as an Agile transformation lead.
• 5+ years of enterprise coaching experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an Agile trainer.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Certification as a Certified SPC (SAFe Program Consultant).
• Proficiency in Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience with CSpO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
