You will lead complex, high-impact projects from conceptual design through implementation using an Agile, metrics-driven approach.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive Agile project plans that align customer requirements with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with global engineering teams to define technical designs and implement software development best practices.
• Partner with Product Owners to develop strategies and roadmaps for new product capabilities.
• Monitor progress through measurable milestones and provide detailed reporting on deliverables.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 8+ years of Agile Program Management experience in a technology-oriented organization.
• Proven experience managing at least one AI-focused project.
• Technical knowledge of the .NET technology stack.
• Experience leading distributed, global teams to meet project objectives.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and metrics-driven project tracking.
• Ability to manage and track multiple simultaneous projects.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and tracking external commitments.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Knowledge of databases and Logistics or Supply Chain Management systems.
