You will drive Agile methodologies and Jira optimization across the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Agile Scrum frameworks and best practices.
• Consult on Jira configurations and tool implementation.
• Support design operations and development lifecycle workflows.
• Manage multiple competing priorities independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Coach or Jira Consultant.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Practical knowledge of design operations.
• Proven ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong communication and professional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing complex, multi-priority environments.
