Description

You will lead enterprise-level Agile adoption initiatives to transform software development, delivery, security, and quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Champion technical strategies including DevOps, resiliency, and modular architecture across development, operations, and quality teams.
• Drive the adoption of modern capabilities and continuous delivery models to change how software is delivered.
• Coach teams, Release Trains, and architects on the software delivery life cycle (SDLC) to automate repetitive tasks and focus on value-added work.
• Advise top management on technical Agile transformation and coordinate complex initiatives across different organizations.
• Identify new technologies and provide input into the DevOps Center of Enablement (CoE) backlog.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Agile coaching and mentoring in enterprise-level environments.
• 7+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD for product delivery and integration.
• 7+ years of experience advising top management on technical Agile transformations.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Change Management, and Release Management.
• Experience driving integration across .NET, Java, and Mainframe toolchains.
• Technical expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Test Automation, and Code Quality.
• Knowledge of Service Virtualization, Test Data Management (TDM), and Test Driven Infrastructure.
• Proven ability in thought leadership and mentoring engineers and architects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mainframe environments and operations.
• Expertise in structured software and data management.
