Description

You will define and drive the AI/ML architecture and roadmap, covering traditional ML and Generative AI use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solutions encompassing data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, inference pipelines, and monitoring.
• Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Guide engineering teams on implementing scalable and reliable AI components and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD for AI pipelines.
• Ensure model governance, security, explainability, and compliance with ethical AI practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture.
• Experience with LLMs and RAG frameworks.
• Proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for ML pipelines.
• Experience utilizing various Cloud Services.
• Knowledge of AI/ML Frameworks and Libraries.
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML tools.
