You build and deploy complex AI systems using modern LLM orchestration techniques.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-agent systems using LangGraph or LangChain.
• Integrate and deploy LLMs via platforms like Azure OpenAI or Claude.
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
• Develop and deploy clinical ML models supporting decision support.
• Ensure development adheres to HIPAA compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 3+ years focused on LLM and NLP development.
• 2+ years experience with LangGraph or agent systems.
• Experience with ASR, speech processing, and speaker diarization.
• Proficiency with vector databases (e.g., ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience containerizing applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of embedding generation and semantic search.
• Experience developing production-grade RAG pipelines.
