Description

You will design and deploy GenAI solutions for financial services, owning the lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks to solve complex business problems.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, and existing services via APIs.
• Develop data engineering components including SQL queries and data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Containerize and deploy models using Docker and Kubernetes within CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope requirements, iterate quickly, and translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 6-10 years in applied AI/ML.
• Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments with a focus on security and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
